Service Technician

A NVComputers service technician performs advanced repairs on client's units and assists with and/or responds to client inquiries. This includes traveling to client's home or office to provide solutions and facilitate the complete solution of product sales, upgrades, installations and service in client's homes and in our office. Applicant must have experience in the following:

• 1+ years work experience diagnosing and repairing computers and consumer electronics
• A+ Computer Certification or higher
• Completed or pursuing degree in a technical field

Customer Service Representative

Customer service representatives must respond to calls from our staff and fulfill requirements provided at time of call. This includes traveling to client's home, assembling and disassembling clients computers, and delivering them to and from the NVComputers servicing location. Applicant should demonstrate:
